Agreed Price
The Agreed Price is the amount agreed between Ashbrooke Mini Coaches and you The
Customer, based on and is limited to the instructions given as set out
in the Requirements area overleaf. Changes following on from this booking
that you may like to make will be subject to our ability to accommodate
those changes and may be subject to further cost(s).

Deposits
All bookings made are confirmed by an advance deposit. The minimum advance
deposit is dependent upon the vehicle required and ranges from £30
- £100.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed booking by The Customer,
the deposit paid is non-refundable or 50% of the agreed price is payable
to Ashbrooke Mini Coaches, whichever is greater. Should The Customer cancel within
7 days of the date of travel, The Customer will be charged 100% of the
balance owed which is due within 5 working days.

Balance
All Balances due must be paid in full before requirements commence, unless
stated otherwise overleaf. You may pay in advance by mailing a cheque
for the balance due allowing enough time (minimum 7 days) for the cheque
to be cleared to ensure cleared funds are deposited to our account prior
to the requirements being fulfilled.

Grace Period
Ashbrooke Mini Coaches will endeavour to be at all pick-up point(s) in advance of
the time(s) agreed. However, there may be causes out of our control that
may from time to time prevent us from meeting these commitments, such
as; inclement weather, road traffic accidents, road resurfacing etc.
Therefore you agree to allow a period of up to 30 minutes grace. If a
grace period is invoked in whole or part, the time of adjusted time(s)
will be made up during or after the period of hire, schedules permitting.
The Driver will drive at reasonable speeds keeping within the law, and
will use their judgment in relation to the prevailing road type and conditions.
Ashbrooke Mini Coaches accepts no responsibility nor can it be held liable in
any way whatsoever for any delays howsoever caused.

Damages
Damages and subsequent cost(s) of repair(s) of such damage(s) to the vehicle
hired as used by you The Customer and/or your guests howsoever caused
is your responsibility. Additionally, in the event that one of the parties
is sick in the vehicle we will charge £50 to £100 depending
on vehicle hired; to make good the vehicle. We will invoice you The Customer
directly and should the additional payment(s) not be made on the day
or night, it is payable in full within 5 working days. Alcohol is not
permitted at any time in any of our vehicles, failure to comply with
this rule will be the journey will be terminated in full and no refund
will be offered.

Overtime
Overtime charges begin immediately following the end of pre-agreed Ashbrooke Mini Coaches contract end time as set out overleaf titled Requirements End.
Under this agreement the overtime rate per hour or part thereof shall
be as that as is noted overleaf titled Vehicle Overtime Rate.

Lost Property
Ashbrooke Mini Coaches takes every care to keep you The Customer and your property
safe. We cannot, however, under any circumstances take responsibility
for property lost or left or assumed left at any time in the vehicle(s).
Make sure that you check and remove all personal property - yours and
your guest(s) - from the vehicle(s) whenever you are dropped off, including
interim drop(s). In the event any property is found by us and returned
to the depot it is you, The Customer's responsibility to recover the
said property from us and any costs of doing so are yours and yours alone.

Breakdown
Ashbrooke Mini Coaches makes every effort to maintain its vehicle(s) as often and
as thoroughly as it possibly can and has therefore made all reasonable
efforts to ensure that the vehicle(s) are in the best and most reliable
condition and are thereby fit for the purpose of use. In such event should
a mechanical breakdown occur outside its control, Ashbrooke Mini Coaches cannot
therefore be held responsible for mechanical breakdown nor for the impact
that those unforeseen event(s) might then or thereafter have. In the
event of mechanical failure, due to circumstances beyond our control
if the vehicle requested cannot be provided either for the first, the
final or other interim journeys booked, we reserve the right to provide
substitute vehicle(s) of equal or similar standing and capacity.

Airport Requirements
Where Ashbrooke Mini Coaches are retained to collect The Customer from arriving
flight(s), in particular inbound international flight(s) The Customer
is required to telephone +44(0)1282 830 830 before departing the departure
airport to reconfirm the pick-up requirements from Ashbrooke Mini Coaches. Upon
arrival at the UK airport, once you have cleared customs, you are required
to call Ashbrooke Mini Coaches to either obtain the collecting drivers mobile
number so that you may direct him/her to yourself or our staff in the
office will ask you to stand at a particular point in arrivals. The following
locations are our pick-up points: Manchester Airport: T1 - Burger King
Bar, T2 - Between Pillars 4&5, T3 - Arrival Pick-up points lay-by
opposite the taxi rank. Ashbrooke Mini Coaches will not be held liable for any
delays or inconveniences howsoever caused if any or the whole of the
forgoing is not complied with.

General
Ashbrooke Mini Coaches operates a strict 'NO SMOKING' policy within their vehicle(s).
Should this condition be ignored the driver is authorized to terminate
the hire agreement immediately and a refund will not be offered under
any circumstances. The driver reserves the right to refuse the carriage
of luggage if in his judgment the volume of weight is excessive. Ashbrooke Mini Coaches will not be held responsible for the use or transportation of
any illegal substance or articles within their vehicle(s). The hire agreement
will be terminated immediately without refund if The Customer contravenes
this condition. The Customer named overleaf will be held responsible
for the conduct of all passengers in the vehicle(s) at all times. Ashbrooke Mini Coaches reserves the right to terminate any and all services to unruly
or abusive passengers.
